Overview

WellFactum is an informational website about health, wellness, and consumer products.

At this time, WellFactum does not:

  • require visitors to create accounts;
  • allow public comments;
  • operate an email newsletter;
  • use a public contact form;
  • use advertising or marketing cookies;
  • use Google Analytics or similar visitor-tracking services;
  • sell or rent personal information.

WellFactum does not create personal profiles of its visitors.

Technical information

Like most websites, WellFactum’s hosting and security systems may automatically process limited technical information when a page is requested.

This may include:

  • IP address;
  • browser and device information;
  • requested page;
  • date and time of access;
  • referring page;
  • server, security, and error-log information.

This information is processed only as reasonably necessary to operate the website, maintain security, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and ensure technical reliability.

WellFactum does not use this technical information to identify individual visitors or create advertising profiles.

Cookies

WellFactum may use cookies that are strictly necessary for website functionality, security, administration, and remembering language preferences.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, behavioral-tracking, or personalized-marketing cookies.

If additional cookie-based services are introduced, this Privacy Policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before those services are activated.

External links

WellFactum may contain links to third-party websites, including research publications, manufacturers, retailers, public authorities, and other resources.

Third-party websites operate independently and may collect information under their own privacy policies. WellFactum does not control their data-processing practices.

Data sharing

WellFactum does not sell or rent personal information.

Limited technical information may be processed by companies that provide website hosting, security, backup, domain, email, or infrastructure services. These providers process information only as necessary to operate their services or comply with applicable law.

Data retention

WellFactum does not maintain a separate database of visitor profiles.

Technical server and security logs may be retained temporarily according to the hosting provider’s technical and security settings. They may be deleted automatically, anonymized, or retained longer where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, security incidents, or legal claims.

Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to the processing of your personal information.

You may also have the right to submit a complaint to the data protection authority responsible for your country or place of residence.

Because WellFactum does not currently maintain visitor accounts or individual user profiles, we may hold little or no information that can be associated with a specific visitor.

Children’s privacy

WellFactum is intended for a general adult audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if WellFactum introduces new features, analytics, contact forms, newsletters, advertising technologies, affiliate tracking, or other services that affect the processing of personal information.

The current revision date will be displayed at the top of this page.
